Premium Balsamic Vinegar of Modena curated from selected Italian wine cellars and matured in Oak and Chestnut casks for a minimum of 2 months. Our Balsamics are made from cooked grape must from a variety of Italian grapes including Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montuni.
This specialty product has a sweet and sour and slight fruity and wood aroma and has a sweet Fig flavor infusion.
